C. Meetings of the Governing Board <br />(1) Regular meetings <br />The governing board of the Authority shall provide <br />for the date, time and place of its regular meetings; provided it <br />shall hold at least one regular meeting in each three (3) month <br />(quarterly) period of each calendar year. The date, time and place <br />of regular meetings shall be fixed by resolution of the governing <br />board and a copy of such resolution shall be filed with each party <br />hereto. <br />Until such time as the date, time and place of <br />regular meetings is otherwise established by the governing board, <br />regular meetings shall be held in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />Quarter <br />Date <br />Time <br />Place <br />lst <br />3rd Thursday <br />5:30 <br />p.m. <br />Host <br />City <br />January <br />City <br />Hall <br />2nd <br />3rd Thursday <br />5:30 <br />p.m. <br />Host <br />City <br />April <br />City <br />Hall <br />3rd <br />3rd Thursday <br />5:30 <br />p.m. <br />Host <br />City <br />July <br />City <br />Hall <br />4th <br />3rd Thursday <br />5:30 <br />p.m. <br />Host <br />City <br />October <br />City <br />Hall <br />The first meeting of the governing board shall be held on the <br />date listed above which first occurs following the execution of <br />this Agreement. <br />(2) <br />Ralph _MM.Brown <br />Act <br />All meetings of <br />the <br />governing board of the Authority <br />shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Ralph M.
