7.6.6.1.2 Client Responsibilities <br />Extract and scrub the legacy data, and deliver it to TriTech in SQL format within 30 days from the date of <br />Inform RMS System Orientation. <br />a) Provide a data dictionary to define all elements of the legacy data. <br />b) Assist TriTech with data mapping exercise. <br />e) Review, provide feedback and approve the OSD doemnent prior to performing the data conversion. <br />d) Review and approve (or provide feedback, detailing the required corrections) for the interim data <br />conversion delivery within 10 days of receiving. <br />c) Review and approve (or provide feedback, detailing the required corrections) the final data conversion <br />delivery within 10 days of the final conversion. <br />f) Provide a secure and reliable network connection. <br />g) Review slid approve the applicable TCRs. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is complete when: i) TriTech has delivered the final converted Evidence data, housed within the <br />TriTech Inform RMS; and ii) the Client and TriTech have developed a mutually agreeable plan for <br />correcting any resolvable issues; and iii) corrective action has been undertaken by the appropriate Party, and <br />mutually agreed upon. <br />Note: The RMS Data Conversion efforts do not include any modifications to the Inform RIvIS or <br />F13R. The conversion will be limited to the fields that exist in the Standard RMS and FAR <br />Software. <br />7,6.7 Inform RIMS Training <br />Inform RMS Training classes are conducted on consecutive weekdays (Tuesday - Friday) during business <br />hours. Alternate training schedules (multiple classes per day, evening, and weekend classes) will be subject <br />to additional charge. Training classes will only be delivered after the FAT has been completed and the results <br />are documented. <br />A detailed description of these classes is provided below: <br />7.6.7.1 TriTech Responsibilities (for all inform RMS Classes) <br />a) Conduct a training orientation via conference call between the assigned TriTech Training personnel and <br />the designated Client representative. The objective of this session is to define the Training Schedule, <br />based on the configurations of the Subsystem, <br />b) Schedule the Inform RMS Training class(es) in accordance with the Client's availability and the Project <br />Schedule, <br />c) Prepare and distribute the meeting agendas and documents for Client review or completion to all <br />required attendees two weeks prior to each meeting. <br />d) Develop and provide the Inform RMS Training Plan for all licensed product options to the Client. <br />e) Conduct the training session(s) for the licensed product options on a mutually agreed to schedule. <br />f) Prepare and submit a TCR upon completion of each class, or a group of consecutive classes. <br />48 <br />25B -94 <br />
