Also address integrity) <br />The Hensley & Kay House Is architecturally significant for Its Ranch style and horizontal massing. The home was constructed <br />by Ed L. Hensley & Guy Leslie Kay. Mr. Hensley was a builder and Mr. Kay was a physician looking to Invest in a speculative <br />venture. The first known owners are C. Harold and Margaret Jenkins. Mr, Jenkins was a teacher who was born in Tulare, <br />California in 1917. The Bruce and Camille McIver purchased the home in 1988 where they raised two sons, Charles and <br />Ronald.
