Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2015 -13 and <br />Historic Register Categorization No. 2015 -13. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Peter and Victoria Henson, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Request of Applicant <br />Peter and Victoria Henson are requesting approval to designate an existing residence located at <br />537 West Santa Clara Avenue to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties, as well as <br />approval to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Proiect Location and Site Description <br />The subject property consists of a 1,929 <br />detached garage on a 10,890 square <br />Greenleaf and Ross Streets (Exhibit 1). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />Historical Listing <br />square foot, single -story Colonial Revival style residence and <br />foot residential lot located on Santa Clara Avenue between <br />In March 1999, the City Council approved Ordinance No. NS -2363 establishing the Historic <br />Resources Commission and the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties.
