It is the intent of this proposal to provide a turnkey installation solution for <br />the described systems: <br />a, Jail security /surveillance systems <br />b. Storage system expansion <br />c. Expanded network <br />d. New camera installation <br />e. Upgrade existing cameras <br />Siemens has utilized quantities and counts per drawings and specifications developed in <br />conjunction with the City of Santa Ana Police Department. The BASE SYSTEM can be <br />summarized as follows: <br />Siemens to replace existing analog cameras throughout the Santa Ana Jail Surveillance <br />System. Access System (used for manual verification and jail system controls) is not <br />included in this scope of work. The existing analog matrix switch will not be controlled <br />or interfaced with, unless specifically called out. <br />Siemens to install high definition cameras throughout, per the camera schedule and this <br />scope of work. Siemens will conduct a final engineering document prior to <br />commencement of work. Changes, additions and deletions will be detailed at that time <br />and a modification to the scope of work and agreement will be agreed by both parties, <br />as required. <br />o Passage hallway to County Jail will utilize existing cameras and be monitored in <br />the new system, in parallel. These cameras shall remain analog and will be <br />encoded for inclusion in digital system (-22 cameras) <br />SOW Page I 1 <br />25D -18 <br />
