rehabilitation; neighborhood street rehabilitation; local street rehabilitation; arterial <br />street rehabilitation; arterial street rehabilitation; street/bridge improvements and <br />widening; and $11.6 million for traffic improvements including planning, traffic <br />improvements and traffic safety/mobility improvements.
