Orange County Labor Federation <br />Budget Narrative <br />1. Personnel Salaries <br />a. Case Manager: 100% FTE for 12 months; $36,000 Salary <br />The case manager will dedicate 100% of their time to the WIOA for 12 months to recruit <br />youth, provide WIOA youth with case management and oversee total grant program. Case <br />manager will assist youth in obtaining resources, internships, training and prepare youth for <br />apprenticeship exams. <br />b. Senior Manager — Gloria Alvarado: 20% FTE for 12 months; $0 Salary <br />Senior manager will assist case manager with all activities listed above and provide <br />trainings, workshops and help coordinate placingyouth with internships and summer <br />employment opportunities. Senior manager will also provide tutoring as needed. <br />c. Administrator — Carlos Camacho: 9% FTE for 12 months; $5,000 Salary <br />Administrator will assist case manager with all activities listed above and will provide <br />both administrative support and tutoring to youth as needed. <br />d. Executive Director —Julio Perez: 5% FTE for 12 months; 0 Salary <br />Executive Director will assist case manager with guidance throughout proposed <br />program. <br />2. Personnel Benefits <br />3.
