SCE sends trained <br />energy- efficiency contractors to help small businesses, up <br />to 199 kW, identify ways to save electricity. SCE provides <br />free upgrades to customers that may include energy efficient <br />lighting, signage, sensors, refrigeration, sun -block window <br />film, and programmable thermostats. These are provided <br />through the Small and Medium Direct Install program at <br />no cost to the City or to the customer. The current program <br />provides up to $10,000 for business from 0 -99 kW and <br />$15,000 for business from 100 -199 kW. <br />These and other utility incentive programs will be promoted <br />through the City's comprehensive CAP Outreach and Education <br />program, as described in Chapter 4. <br />75B -50 <br />
