Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a one -year site lease agreement with Tres Estrellas de Oro, to compensate the City $1,786 per month for use of lease area, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for bus passenger services at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, with four one -year extension options exercisable by the City Manager. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing lease income in the amount of $93,432 into the SARTC Operations Rental — Tres Estrellas de Oro Revenue Account and appropriating the same amount to the SARTC Operations Contractual Services expenditure account. DISCUSSION The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center ( SARTC) is a regional transportation hub that brings together Amtrak, Metrolink, Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), and interstate bus services. It is open to the public seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. 20A -1
