PBA Executive Director Haghani requested direction from the Committee to forward <br />to the Council to update the zoning code process for the "granny flats" Second <br />Dwelling Unit Ordinance to help with overcrowding and allow second units to be <br />expanded with full kitchen and bathrooms.
