Richland <br />Avenue in the amount of $585,000; <br /> AGMT – With Mary Schneider for the purchase of 306 S. Bristol Street <br />in the amount of $620,000; <br /> AGMT – With Manual Duarte for the purchase of 1246 Highland <br />Avenue in the amount of $600,000 <br />25.E.
