2 PROJECT DELIVERABLES <br />2.1 Overview of Project Deliverables <br />This Project will provide a combination of TriTech software, third party products, and services that comprise <br />the System for use by the Client. The individual Subsystems to be provided comprise the overall System. <br />The Agreement specifies the software licenses included in this Project by the quantity and environment in <br />which licensed, including the following: <br />1) Inform CAD <br />2) Inform Mobile <br />3) Inform RMS <br />4) Inform FBR (WebRMS) <br />5) TriTech.com IQ Search subscription <br />6) TriTech.com Analytics subscription <br />7) Inform CAD Browser <br />8) System Interfaces as listed in the Appendices to this SOW <br />The only reference for the number and type of software licenses is the Agreement. Any reference within this <br />document to services associated with a specific software product does not imply or convey a software license <br />for products that are not listed in the Agreement. <br />2.1.1 Standard TriTech Software Deliverables <br />The functionality provided by Standard TriTech Software Products, including Interfaces (the core <br />TriTech Software and Interfaces without any Modifications) is defined by TriTech Standard <br />Documentation (User and Administration Guides for Inform CAD, Inform Mobile, Inform CAD <br />Browser, Inform RMS, TriTech.com IQ, TriTech.com Analytics, and other Standard Software <br />products. Standard Interface Requirement Documents (IRD) define the functionality of the Standard <br />Interfaces. These documents are standard, published TriTech documents, and are not specific to a <br />Client. <br />2.1.2 Contracted Modifications to Standard TriTech Software Products <br />Modifications to the functionality of Standard TriTech Software within the System, or Subsystems, <br />shall follow the Change Management Process as described in Section 5.3, Change Management <br />Process. The scope of the Modification will be described in an OSD. Release of all Modifications to <br />TriTech's Standard Interfaces will follow Subsystem release cycles (i.e., Inform CAD, Inform RMS, <br />and the like) which occur during the implementation period. <br />Modifications to Standard TriTech Software that are to be delivered through this ,Project are listed in <br />the Agreement. The functional scope of any modification procured through the Agreement will be <br />summarized in Appendix B - Contracted Modifications to Standard TriTech Software Products for <br />Inform CAD, Inform Mobile, Inform RMS, Inform FBR and other major TriTech Subsystems; and <br />under Appendix C - Standard TriTech Interfaces, for modifications to Standard Interfaces. Any and <br />all modifications or enhancements that are not explicitly listed in the Agreement are not within the <br />scope of this Project. In the event of an inconsistency between this SOW and the TriTech response to <br />the Client's RFP regarding modifications provided under the Agreement; the TriTech response to the <br />Client's RFP will take precedence. <br />
