Fee Proposal - Waste Discharge Requirements Compliance <br />Services (RFP #15-072) <br />EEC Environmental (EEC) Is pleased to submit this fee proposal to provide continued Waste Discharge <br />Requirement (WDR) Compliance services, including Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program Management <br />services, to the City of Santa Ana (City). Based on EEGs experience with similar scopes of work and <br />familiarity with the systems and operations at the City, the annual cost for the requested Core <br />Requirement services is $216,000.
