CM- 024 -21 <br />EXHIBIT A TO THE MEMORANDUM OF SUBLEASE <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SUBLESSOR'S PROPERTY <br />Sublessor's Property of which Premises are a part is legally described as follows: <br />1415 North French Street <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />APN: 398- 151 -01 <br />All that real property located in the State of California, County of Orange, described as follows <br />Commencing at a point on the North line of 14th Street 550 feet East of the East line of French Street running <br />thence Eastward along the North line of 14th Street produced to the Westerly line of the right of way of the Southern <br />Pacific Railway, thence Northwesterly along the Westerly line of said right of way to a point 550 feet East of the <br />East line of French Street, thence South along the line parallel to the East line of French Street to the point of <br />beginning being a part of the Lincoln Park Tract as shown on a map recorded in book 6, page 14 of Maps, Records <br />of Orange County, California. <br />EXCEPT therefrom that portion thereof included within a portion of Block "O" of the Dresser Tract, in the City of <br />Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book 12, page 83 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br />described as follows: <br />Bounded on the North East side by the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company; on the West by the <br />"Lincoln Park Tract" as shown on a map recorded in book 6 page 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said Orange County and on the South by the North line of 14th Street, extended Easterly. <br />4/16/96 9:51 AM <br />
