This was in error. <br />The first annual increase, effective May 20, 1997, was $19.00 per month. I have <br />calculated the monthly rent effective May 20, 1998, using the current rent of <br />$1,019.00 per month as the base figure. <br />Pacific Bell Mobile Services previously issued a prepaid rent of $40,000.00, <br />effective with July 1, 1996 rent. This prepaid rent has a balance, after June 1998 <br />rents are paid, and including prorations for annual increases, of $15,336.29.
