CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO. 16 -2656 <br />SANTA ANA STADIUM STRUCTURAL CONCRETE REPAIR <br />t This bid item is considered a Specialty Item per Section 2 -3.2 of the Standard Specifications. <br />TIME FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />The undersigned bidder hereby proposes to complete the Work for the total base bid amount <br />shown above, within Sixty (60) working days for Phase I and Phase II after issuance of the <br />Notice to Proceed. Immediately after contract award, contractor must be prepared to submit <br />all required documents, structural calcs, and fabrication submittals. Preconstruction meeting <br />shall tape place one week after Council award on January 19, 2016. The contractor shall <br />commence construction on or before February 8, 2016. <br />Phase I: Contractor shall complete all work on the west side of the stadium within the first 30 <br />working days. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 each day if not completed after the first 30 <br />working days. <br />Phase II: Contractor shall complete work on the east side of the stadium within 30 workings <br />days after Phase I has been completed or sooner if Phase I has been completed before its 30 <br />working days requirement. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 each day if not completed after <br />the last 30 working days.
