<br />The undersigned consultant or corporate ol'ticer, during the performance of this contract, ccrtifacs as t4> €lo%vs:
<br />L The Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for crnploymem because of race,
<br />color, religion, sea., or rational origin. The Consultant shall ttake uliirrnative action to ensure that applicants
<br />are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without, regard to their race, color,
<br />religion, sex, or national origin. Such action shall include, but not be limited to, the fi,allowing:
<br />employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer: recruitment or recruitmem advertising; layoff or termination:
