AGENCY: CITY OF SANTA ANA PROJECT: FORMATION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2015 -01 (WARNER INDUSTRIAL COMMUNITY) TO: SANTA ANA CITY COUNCIL COUNTY OF ORANGE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ENGINEER'S REPORT Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, being Division 12, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, applicable provisions of Article XIIID of the California Constitution, being the Right to Vote on Taxes Act (Proposition 218), and provisions of Government Code Section 53750 et. seq„ being the Proposition 218 Omnibus Implementation Act (the aforementioned provisions are hereinafter referred to collectively as "Assessment Law "), and in accordance with the Resolution of Intention, being Resolution No. 2015 -030 adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, Califomia, on the 7th day of July, 2015, in connection with the proceedings for: ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 2015 -01 (WARNER INDUSTRIAL COMMUNITY) (Hereinafter referred to as "Assessment District"), I, Michael D. Swan, authorized representative of Psomas, the duly appointed Assessment Engineer, submit herewith this Engineer's Report consisting of six parts. PART 1 A description of proposed works of improvement. The engineering drawings and specifications for the proposed improvements are on file with the Superintendent of Streets and are available for public inspection in the office of the Public Works Agency of the City of Santa Ana. By reference, the engineering plans and specifications more particularly detailing the proposed improvements are incorporated herein. 55B -19
