(Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2016 -068 - Recognizing <br />$1,250,000 in 2015 COPS Hiring Grant funds in revenue account, and <br />appropriating same to expenditure account. <br />2. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -068 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE <br />CURRENT ANNUAL BUDGET TO ADD TEN FULL TIME POLICE <br />OFFICER POSITIONS IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />3.
