ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 201501 <br />(WARNER INDUSTRIAL COMMUNITY) <br />PART 6 <br />PROPOSED MAXIMUM ANNUAL ASSESSMENT <br />FOR ADMINISTRATION AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed maximum annual assessment of $30,000 <br />shall be assessed, collectively, upon all parcels identified by the Assessment Roll or <br />each of the subsequent subdivisions of land in the Assessment District, upon which <br />there is an unpaid assessment. Allocation of the annual assessment for administration <br />costs shall be in accordance with the Methodology of Assessment Spread as described <br />in Part 3 of this report, Said annual assessment is to pay costs incurred by the City and <br />not otherwise reimbursed which result from the administration and collection of <br />assessments or from the administration or registration of any associated bonds and <br />reserve or other related funds, Each successive billing period, the maximum annual <br />assessment for administration and collection per assessed parcel may be increased at <br />the rate of 10 %, on the previous year's maximum annual assessment, to account for <br />inflation. <br />22 <br />55B -40 <br />
