2. AGMT NO. 2015-287 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an amendment to the Emergency Solutions <br />Grant Subrecipient Agreement with Mercy House Living Centers <br />to increase the compensation by $25,786.33 to provide housing <br />assistance for Civic Center homeless individuals and families in a <br />total amount not to exceed $113,286.33 for the period of July 1, <br />2015 through June 30, 2016, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />25B. AGMT NO. 2015-289 - PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />FOR THE SANTA ANA GENERAL PLAN CIRCULATION ELEMENT <br />UPDATE (STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2A & 5, 6B) - Planning and <br />Building Agency and Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an amendment with IBI Group for planning and <br />environmental services to prepare the General Plan Circulation <br />Element update, for a period no longer than eighteen months <br />expiring June 30, 2017 for an additional amount of $80,245 not to <br />exceed a total contracted amount of $613,245, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />25D.
