The Zoning Administrator made no <br />changes to the recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit <br />A). <br />DISCUSSION <br />Bob Beers is requesting approval of a parcel map to subdivide an existing lot into two in order to <br />facilitate the construction of two new single - family residences. The first lot will contain 8,581 square <br />feet and will be improved with a new single - family residence and site upgrades, including <br />landscaping and a perimeter wall. The second lot will contain 8,574 square feet and will be <br />improved in a similar fashion with a new residence and site upgrades. The proposed development <br />will satisfy the minimum requirements of the SAMC. Full -sized site plans are available for public <br />viewing in the Clerk of the Council Office. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 - Economic Development, <br />Objective #2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies) and Objective #5 <br />32A -1 <br />
