25C. ON -CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES (NON -GENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 6, 1G} - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director of Public Works to terminate the <br />agreement with VA Consulting, Inc., for on -call engineering services in <br />an amount not to exceed $250,000. <br />2. AGMT NO. 2016-018 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Rick Engineering for a two-year <br />term beginning February 3, 2016, and expiring February 2, 2018, with <br />provisions for up to two one-year renewal options exercisable by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney, for a total not to exceed $250,000 over <br />the life of the agreement, including any renewal periods, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />25D.
