ARTICLE IV <br />6.0 CITY PAID TRAINING /INSTRUCTION <br />6.1 The City will provide the necessary training and orientation so that new employees are <br />advised of City -wide policies and procedures and those relating to their assigned work <br />unit. <br />If a Part Time employee is required by his or her Department Head to attend a workshop, <br />seminar, conference or similar training/educational activity, the expense, if any, shall be <br />borne entirely by the department, including the employee's wages. <br />12 <br />25C -14 <br />
