The parties entered into an Agreement dated 3anuaxy 1, 2013 (`Agreement for installation, <br />Removal and Storage of Flags'" #N2013.003) hereinafter "said Agreement ", by which City <br />has the ability to purchase new flags from Contractor, and Contractor has provided the labor, <br />manpower and machinery to install, roniove and stole American flags for the City. <br />I3, 'rho parties entered the "Amendment to Agreement" #N2013 -003 -001 on December 30, 2013, <br />to extend the, Term and increase the Compensation for such extended term, <br />C. The parties entered the "Second Amendment to Agreement" WN2015 -042 on December 31, <br />2014, to extend the Team and increase the Compensation for such extended term. <br />D. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties again wish to <br />extend the Term of said Agreement and increase the Compensation. <br />WHIMEFOREP, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Thad Amendment: <br />to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, "Compensation ", shall be amended to add additional funds ofl:ive Thousand <br />Dollars ($5,000,00) for the extended Tema, <br />2. Section 3, "Ter u ", shall be amended to extend the Term through December 31, 2016, <br />3.
