AGMT NO. 2016-027 - AMENDMENT - WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES - <br />CONTINUED IMPORTATION OF WASTE AT THE COUNTY'S THREE <br />LANDFILLS, AND SECURE A PORTION OF FUTURE NET IMPORTATION <br />REVENUES TO SUPPORT SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />IMPLEMENTATION {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 2} -Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an amendment to the Waste Disposal Agreement with the County of <br />Orange in the total amount of $3,184,732 for the Fiscal Years 2016-2020, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney, to extend the terms of the Waste Disposal Agreement <br />through June 30, 2025. <br />25G. AGMT NO. 2016-028 - AMENDMENT - SMARTCOVER INSTALLATION AND <br />MONITORING FOR SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM (NON -GENERAL FUND) <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1 C) - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />first amendment to agreement A-2014-212 with Hadronex, Inc., subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, <br />to provide real-time, two-way wireless communication, and continuous <br />remote alarm monitoring management services, extending the term of the <br />agreement until June 30, 2018, and increasing the annual not to exceed <br />amount by $100,000 for a new annual amount not to exceed $175,000, and <br />a new total amount not to exceed $475,000 for the term of the agreement. <br />25H.
