BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS): - No disclosures made <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2015 -21 <br />(Applicant: Dollar General) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on October 27, 2015 and <br />notices mailed October 28, 2015. <br />A project overview was provided by Verny Carvajal, <br />Principal Planner. Mr. Carvajal answered questions from the commission related to <br />the possibility of a secured storage cabinet, other liquor licenses in the vicinity, and <br />operating store hours. Chairman Gartner opened the public hearing. Written <br />communication was received from Tim Rush stating support for the project. Mr. Carvajal answered questions from the commission related to <br />curb cuts, ingress /egress, and adding green screens to available walls. Chairman <br />Gartner opened the public hearing. Desi Reyes spoke in support of the project.
