C -5 -3632 <br />BETWEEN <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />FOR <br />THE ARTERIAL PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT <br />THE WARNER AVENUE PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />(FROM WEST CITY LIMIT TO GRAND AVENUE) <br />AND THE FIRST STREET PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />(FROM NEWHOPE STREET TO MAIN STREET) <br />THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT is effective this 3 day of 120MLI'7 <br />2015, by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street, P.Q. Box <br />14184, Orange, California 92863 -1584, a public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter <br />referred to as "AUTHORITY "), and City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza„ Santa Ana, California <br />92701, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the constitution and laws of the State <br />of California (hereinafter referred to as "CITY'), mutually referred to herein as the `PARTIES" or each <br />individually as a "PARTY'. <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and CITY desire to enter into a Cooperative Agreement to define the <br />roles and responsibilities related to funding between AUTHORITY and CITY for construction of the <br />Warner Avenue Pavement Maintenance Project (from West City Limit to Grand Avenue) and the First <br />Street Pavement Maintenance Project (from Newhope Street to Main Street) Project as defined in the <br />scope of work provided in the Arterial Pavement Management Program 2014 Call for Projects <br />Application, herein incorporated by reference; (hereinafter individually referred to as "PROJECT" and <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
