Technology and Energy Audits Applies to Pollce Headquarters Facility Only <br />Proposer may be required to review designated HVAC systems, evaluating the current use of our HVAC <br />Systems and what may have been changed or been modified in our dally facility operation that impacts <br />the effectiveness of the system. Proposer may review applicable building control technologies, suggest <br />possible new strategies or technologies that could be implemented to enhance our current system, and <br />consider what changes, enhancements and /or upgrades should be made to facilitate our future plans. In <br />addition, recommendations should be made about adding and /or modifying applications, sensors, points <br />panels and /or software where needed to improve building operation and performance. Proposer may <br />Interface with the local utility provider to determine possible incentives and rebates.
