Adjustment Approval (Multi -Level Adjustments) <br />a. This work queue will display a list of the adjustments that have been made by users <br />over the configurable dollar amount and time period parameters set by the utility <br />using the enQuesta multi -level adjustment functionality. <br />b. Supervisors with the appropriate security level will be able to approve or deny <br />adjustments using this work queue. <br />c. Multi -Level Adjustments requires business rules of the adjustment process be <br />defined prior to going live with this module. <br />4. What I did today <br />a. This work queue will display a list of all the accounts a user accessed on a given day. <br />Document Desianer <br />Document Designer is Standard and Utilized for formatting print templates for enQuesta Work <br />Orders and Letter Generation. <br />a) S &S will ensure that all letters and work order documents will be converted into <br />Document Designer format prior to simulation. <br />b) S &S will provide user training to the core team responsible for formatting enQuesta <br />Work Orders and Letter templates. <br />Job Scheduler <br />enQuesta Job Scheduler - The enQuesta Job Scheduler allows the Customer to schedule key <br />processes - taking away the need for human intervention. The Job Scheduler User Interface <br />displays a forecast of pending jobs as well as status indicators for jobs in- flight.
