With respect to these canceled commitments, <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit a written plan for settlement of all outstanding liabilities and all claims <br />arising out of such cancellation of commitment which shall be subject to written approval of <br />ADMINISTRATOR. <br />G. The rights and remedies of COUNTY provided in this Termination Paragraph shall not be <br />exclusive, and are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this Agreement. <br />XXIV. THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY <br />Neither party hereto intends that this Agreement shall create rights hereunder in third parties <br />including, but not limited to, any subcontractors or any clients provided services pursuant to this <br />Agreement. <br />XXV. WAIVER OF DEFAULT OR BREACH <br />Waiver by COUNTY of any default by CONTRACTOR shall not be considered a waiver of any <br />subsequent default. Waiver by COUNTY of any breach by CONTRACTOR of any provision of this <br />Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach.
