In addition, in a few <br />moments, I will be sending you an additional file entitled "Appendix #1 to the 2nd Amended and Restated <br />Development Agreement" that I would also ask be included in the packet for each City Council member for the <br />purposes of this agenda item at tomorrow night's City Council Meeting .
