ELEMENTS OF TRAINING <br />HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Orientation to company policies and procedure to include safety, <br />properly reporting incidents and accidents <br />34 hrs. <br />Communicating with Supervisors, or Peers,- Providing information to <br />supervisors, co-workers, by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in <br />person. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate ofproftciency <br />withinfirst Month and a half of training. <br />2. Blue Prints <br />60 his. <br />Thought to read, examine blueprints, drawings or samples to determine <br />size, tolerances, type of materials, finish and additional requirements <br />for acceptable parts <br />Measurement Method: Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of proficiency <br />within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. Tools and applications <br />Learn proper debur tools and applications. Safety use of equipment <br />200 hrs. <br />such as Hand Grinders, Polishing Wheels, Air Gun, Knowledge of <br />machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and <br />maintenance. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate ofproficiency <br />within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Proper debur Techniques – Secondary Operations <br />400 his. <br />Inspection of linear dimensions, angles, diameters, depth, finish, <br />thread, run -out, flatness, parallelism and true position. <br />Will be trained in numerous techniques involved with deburring a <br />finished part. <br />Assembly work shall be included as well. <br />Assist in warehouse operation to include but not limited to Shipping <br />and Handling procedures, Inventory Control and overall warehouse <br />organization and sanitation <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of proficiency <br />within subsequent three and a half months. <br />RATING LEVELS: <br />Measurement method: how will it be determined if OJT participant acquired the skill? Q&A, observation, <br />product review/inspection, etc. <br />PROFICIENT MODERATE MARGINAL <br />II. COST COMPUTATION <br />Hourly Reimbursement: $5.50 (50% of $10.00 per hour) <br />Training Hours: 694 <br />Cost Per Trainee (Hourly Reimbursement X Training Hours) _ $3,817.00 <br />
