Holzer <br />Pursuant to Agreement No. A- 2011 -238, entered between Black and Veatch Corporation, and <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated October 17, 2011, as amended by Agreement A- 2014- 051 -01, Section <br />4, "Teri" the time period of said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year <br />period, through December 31, 2016. .
