(Property Management) is based in Orange <br /> Low displacement: Property is currently 75%+ vacant meaning very little displacement of <br />existing non-eligible tenants. <br /> Readiness: Property is in move-in ready condition <br /> CES Relationship: Mercy House has committed to house 38 chronically homeless tenants <br />at Guest House using Continuum of Care (CoC) services funding.
