Tim holds his Bachelor of <br />Science in International Business from Pepperdine <br />University. <br /> <br /> <br />MERCY HOUSE --- SERVICE PROVIDER <br /> <br />Larry Haynes --- Executive Director <br />Larry has served as Executive Director of Mercy <br />House since 1990 and has received numerous <br />awards and proclamations for his work with those <br />experiencing homelessness. He is responsible for <br />the day-to-day concrete implementation of the <br />Board of Director's vision and reports directly to <br />the Board of Directors. He is the chief executive <br />staff person and as such is held accountable for all <br />agency activities including all administrative and <br />programmatic operations. Further responsibilities <br />include generating revenues and managing <br />expenses as targeted by the approved annual <br />budget; development and oversight of all service <br />programs with Program Director; and supervising <br />the maintenance of all properties. <br /> <br />Patti Long --- Operations Director <br />As Operations Director, Patti oversees and is <br />responsible for all of the daily activities of the <br />agency, concretely implementing on behalf of the <br />Executive Director the agency’s mission as defined <br />by the Board of Directors. All staff, with the <br />exceptions of the Executive and Housing <br />Directors, report to the Operations Director. This <br />is an inherently dynamic position whose duties will <br />be in constant motion. Therefore, flexibility and <br />creativity are of premium value. The Operations <br />Director reports to the Executive Director. <br />Further responsibilities include managing and <br />supervising identified staff, and coordinating <br />trainings and orientations when needed. <br /> <br />Linda Wilson --- Housing Director <br />As Housing Director, Linda oversees the agency’s <br />housing programs, partner relations, and <br />significantly assists with special projects that add <br />meaningful value to the agency’s system of care. <br />This is an inherently dynamic position whose duties <br />will be in constant motion. Therefore, flexibility <br />and creativity are of premium value. The Housing <br />Director reports directly to the Executive <br />Director. Further responsibilities include the <br />design and implementation of ongoing operations <br />for supportive housing programs, develop and <br />implementation of Aftercare and support services, <br />delivering Aftercare Services to Mercy House <br />graduates in the voucher program, delivering <br />Aftercare Services to Mercy House graduate <br />residing at San Miguel, and the development and <br />implementation of new projects as identified by <br />Executive and Operations Directors. <br /> <br />Allison Davenport --- Program Development <br />and Compliance Director <br />As Program Development and Compliance <br />Director, Allison assists with the organization and <br />dissemination of program data as well as with public <br />grant follow up and general organization of grant <br />folders. She communicates with program staff <br />regarding program highlights and achievements for <br />monthly reports and with accounting staff on <br />3-25
