PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />  <br />  <br />5 | Page  <br />  <br />  <br />The chronically homeless households will be qualified as homeless by the Orange County’s Coordinated Entry <br />System. These households have a member who have been homeless continuously for at least 1 year or at least <br />four separate occasions in the last 3 years, and can be diagnosed with substance abuse, serious mental illness, <br />developmental disability, PTSD, or chronic physical illness/disability. The property will have a preference for <br />Veterans. Any Veteran meeting the homeless definition will be given priority preference to lease a unit. <br /> <br />PROPOSED RENTS <br />The proposed rents and maximum income levels at the property are as follows.
