Solari requires all staff to review, understand and execute a <br />Confidentiality Agreement at the time of hire. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />II. OCCUPANCY <br /> <br />A. Unit Breakdown <br />Guest House will be comprised of 77 units. All applications received will be reviewed for all <br />program requirements and eligibility restrictions. <br /> <br />B. Marketing and Resident Selection <br /> <br />1. Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans and Procedures <br />Solari will be responsible for marketing and leasing the units. The rental office will be <br />located onsite and the Owner will supply all of the necessary office furniture (desk, file <br />cabinet, chairs, etc.) and equipment (typewriter, computer, printer, calculator etc.). <br /> <br />Units shall be marketed in accordance with Affirmative Fair Housing marketing guidelines. <br />All advertising for Guest House shall include prominent use of Equal Housing Opportunity <br />logos, slogans and/or statements of intent to affirmatively market the units. <br /> <br />Outreach to the community will specifically be through internet listings, local government <br />agencies and community organizations; such as the Santa Ana Housing Authority, veteran <br />service providers, the Department of Veteran Affairs and local employers. The <br />outreach will be countywide and reach a diverse racial, ethnic and economic mix. The <br />main source of tenants will be through the County CES in conjunction with the service <br />provider, Mercy House. <br /> <br />2. Initial Resident Selection <br />The initial rent-up shall be conducted by Solari's personnel. Solari shall utilize staff <br />members that are well trained in eligibility requirements, family composition criteria, unit <br />size selection processes, and Owner and Housing Authority approved selection criteria. <br /> <br />Prior to leasing units, Mercy House will inform local shelters, drop-in centers, safe <br />havens, and service agencies of the qualifications of the building and will encourage <br />3-49
