Conduct a public hearing in consideration of the approval and submission of <br />the Housing Authority Annual Plan to the United States Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development; <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution to approve the Housing Authority Annual Plan and authorize <br />submission to the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development; <br /> <br />3.
