The Administrative Plan of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana is hereby updated as referenced herein, and is hereby approved and adopted. Said <br />updated Administrative Plan shall be submitted by the Authority to HUD. <br />Section 3. The Annual Plan for Fiscal Years 2016 -2017 of the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana is hereby approved and adopted. Said Annual Plan <br />shall be submitted by the Authority to HUD. <br />Section 4.
