WO rt N'A k t s. t L[ D A -2015 -254 <br />CLFFIK (7F COUNU <br />D;'17C d 2 — I FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT to the above - referenced agreement is made and entered into on <br />November 17, 2015 by and between 04S Secure Solutions, Inc. ( "Contractor "), and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a. charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of <br />the State of California ( "City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement for Provision of Security Guard Services #A -2011 -122, <br />dated May 2, 2011 ("Agreement'), by which Contractor agreed to perform security services at <br />various City facilities, including the Santa. Ana Main Library, <br />B. The parties have executed three amendments to the Agreement, #A- 2011 - 122 -01, #A -2014- <br />116, and #A -2014 -215, respectively, through which the scope of services, compensation, and <br />term have been amended. <br />C. The current term of the Agreement is for the period from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016, <br />and the Agreement remains in effect. <br />D. The parties again wish to amend the Agreement to increase the scope of services and total <br />aranial compensation to be expended under the Agreement in support of these services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />I. Section 1, Scope of Services, is further amended to include an additional twenty (20) hours of <br />security services per week to be performed at the Santa Ana Main Library. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is further amended to include an additional $10,744 so that the total <br />armual compensation shall not exceed $618,810. <br />3. Except as modified by this Fourth Amendment, and all prior amendments, all terms and conditions <br />of' the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to the Agreement <br />on the date and year first written. above. <br />ATTEST CITY SANTA ANA <br />MARIA D.
