Update On The Medical Marijuana Regulatory Program And Amendments To Ordinance No, NS- <br />2664 (Measure BB) <br />April 5, 201e <br />Page 3 <br />Furthermore, City Staff recommends amending Measure BB to prohibit Issuing a RSP to anyone <br />who must comply with Health & Safety Code Section 11590, l.e., a narcotics registrant. Section <br />11590 requires individuals who have been convicted of certain drug related offenses to register <br />with the local police.
