I implore you to please end this crazy practice! Around the 4th of July people in my neighborhood set off insane amounts of fireworks, including illegal ones. Some of the large fireworks rival the ones set off at nearby Disney Land. There is no way police helicopters can fly overhead and figure out who is setting off illegal fireworks since they would be in harm's way if they did. We can't even drive down our street because people are set up in the streets letting of fireworks. The noise is over the top and worse, we have to stay home because we're
