During FY 2016.2017, the City anticipates receiving the following formula grant allocations: Program Allocation CD2G $5,266,263 HOME $1,139,061 E aG $ 489,202 _ HUD regulations require that the draft Annual Action Plan be made available for a 30 -day public review and comment period, A public notice stating that the draft plan was available for review beginning March 19, 2016 was published on March 9, 2016 In the Orange County Register In English, La Opinion in Spanish, and Nguoi Viet in Vietnamese, A public hearing was held at the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission on March 23, 2016 to obtain public Input on the plan. No public Input was received. The 30 -day public comment period will conclude on April 19, 2016. In accordance with the federal regulations, all neighboring jurisdictions were also informed of the draft's availability for review. All comments received, including all funding recommendations made by the City Council on April 19, 2016, will be included in the final document, which is due to HUD no later than May 16, 2016.
