In advance uf transport, the Contractor shall advise the City of any additional <br />billing amount tobw incurred for transporting medically challenged prisoners. <br />The Contractor shall Veresponsible resets <br />transport, The Contractor shall be responsible for the timely and punctual delivery of sold <br />prisoners, Should there bmmdelay; the Contractor shall notify the Santa Ann Jail Immediately. <br />|f transport time iu longer than $ hours, the Contractor shall provide prisoners with one (1)meal <br />that meals California Code of Regulations, Title 15 Standards.
