Properties will receive a mark of 'Pass' or 'Fail' based on the manner of interaction with all <br />property representatives. The inspector will be evaluating the overall level of hospitality, <br />professionalism, and deportment. It is critical to receive a passing mark to be considered for a <br />Diamond Rating. <br />THE ACHIEVEMENT OF A AAA DIAMOND RATING MEANS THAT AN ESTABLISHMENT IS ONE OF <br />AN EXCLUSIVE GROUP THAT HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THIS THOROUGH EVALUATION <br />PROCESS. <br />If a property is approved, the inspector will assign, or recommend, a Diamond Rating or FYI designation as <br />appropriate based on conditions that exist at the time of the evaluation. The inspector will provide the property <br />representative a written summary of the evaluation, including the rating decision.
