Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2016 -01. <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2016 -01. <br />Request 2L Lk <br />Mario Turner, on behalf of AMCAL Multi Housing Two, LLC, is requesting approval of several <br />entitlements for the First Street Family Apartments project, a 69 -unit residential development <br />proposed at 1438 and 1440 East First Street. Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval of a <br />General Plan Amendment (GPA) to change the property's General Plan land use designation from <br />the General Commercial (GC) to Urban Neighborhood (UN) land use designation, approval of an <br />Amendment Application (AA) to change the property's zoning designation from General Commercial <br />(C -2) to Specific Development No. 89 (SD -89), and adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring Program. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75C -3 <br />
