If the person cannot indicate a preference, the search shall be conducted by at.. <br />officer and supervisor of the gender that corresponds to the individual's <br />gender identity. <br />5. If the individual's preference or gender identity cannot be determined, the <br />search shall be conducted by a female officer and female supervisor. <br />6. Searches will not be performed as a punitive measure. <br />7.
