There were no speakers and the Hearing <br />closed. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Conduct a public hearing in consideration of the approval and <br />submission of the Housing Authority Annual Plan to the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development; <br />2. Adopt a resolution to approve the Housing Authority Annual Plan and <br />authorize submission to the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development; <br />3.
