A one -time lump sum contribution as a conversion from the existing SEW Medical Retirement Subsidy <br />Plan <br />VI.B.2. Mandatory Employee Compensation Contributions: <br />A percent of earnings as defined by the MOU <br />VI.B.3. Mandatory Employee Leave Contribution: <br />Accrued Sick Leave: Employees who separate from service on or after November 17, 2015 will contribute <br />100% of eligible sick leave payout <br />
